A: Simple answer is no, to try and be more helpful I have documented to electrical power formula - Power (watts)  = current (0.5 amps) x voltage 12V
Hence this PSU will deliver only 6 watts max.
To run a device requiring 19 watts at 12 volts you will need an adaptor that delivers a minimum of 1.6 amps (P (19W) / 12V = 1.6 amps)
You need to find a 12V PSU that delivers at least 1.6A

**Q: Hi, the advert headline says 500mA, the photo displays a 300mA unit. Which is it?**
A: The one I bought is definitely 12V DC 500mA. It is clearly marked on the ID label.
