This Brookethorne Naturals Refresh Massage Oil does a nice job with both. The combination of eucalyptus and peppermint essential oils gives it a fresh, cooling scent that feels especially appropriate after a long day or when I'm looking for more of a relaxing, spa-like massage experience. It's definitely different from the sweeter or heavily perfumed massage oils we've tried. The oil provides a smooth glide, so a relatively small amount goes a long way. The 8-ounce bottle is also a convenient size—large enough for repeated use without having an oversized bottle taking up space. I appreciate that the formula is nut-free and paraben-free, and it's made in the USA. Because it contains essential oils, I would still recommend trying a small amount first if you have particularly sensitive skin and avoiding irritated or broken skin. Cleanup is reasonable for a massage oil, although I still prefer using towels or linens that I don't mind getting a little oil on. That's simply part of using almost any massage oil. Overall, this is a nice choice when I want something that combines good massage glide with a clean, refreshing eucalyptus and peppermint aroma. The only downside is that after a good massage, suddenly getting off the couch and being productive again feels like a completely unreasonable request.

The Refresh Massage Oil with Eucalyptus & Peppermint Essential Oils is just wonderful. My back has been hurting for about a week. My Worker is a Masseuse & I asked her to give me a massage. It works Great! My back doesn't hurt as much. It is well worth buying. However, it is a bit pricey for my budget. It definitely is well worth buying! Do give it a try!

Great LOVE this oil for massage

I have quite a lot of this left. I have been suffering from a pulled shoulder muscle from when I had physical therapy for my knee and the PT made me pull very hard on a strap. You insert your foot into a loop in this strap and then pull, leaning forward. It gave me tendonitis in my right shoulder, and I have had to take 800 mg of Ibuprofen several times a day for inflammation for several weeks. Warming this oil up in the microwave and rubbing my shoulders with it has also helped a lot. It has a wonderful refreshing fragrance and definitely is very effective. Highly recommend.

Smells good, feels nice, works great.

This is good massage oil and my first time to order this product. The scent does lean to the mint side vs eucalyptus. If you are sensitive to a stronger mint scent then maybe keep looking for another message oil.

The smell stinks

The packaging was extremely flimsy for massage oil at this price point. It makes me question the authenticity off this product.
