This pan is really light for its size. I wanted cast iron but cannot lift it so i bought this as a compromise and it is excellent. Nothing sticks and it seems well made and chemical free

I bought this wok because I had seen a chef using something similar to make an omelette during a visit to Barbados. The omelette was one of the best I have ever eaten. The chef used a method I had not seen before. So, I looked for and found this wok so that I could emulate him. I have no regrets, other than I wish I had found it sooner. I have used this wok to cook many omelettes since it arrived, and without any problems. The wok works well. It is better than anything else I have seen or used in the past..

The handle fitment is not 100% and you get a click every few uses as you first pick up the empty pan. I tighten it slightly and the same thing happens only a few uses later. There is also a slight imperfection along the rim when you can see the granitium has not taken though the 'paint' has.Otherwise this is a great pan to cook with, and washes-up with minimum effort.

After using this stone style wok and having gone through several normal non stick woks, i can fairly say this is much better. Wok doesn't scratch and had it over 6 months now. Non stick is still functional! Will be getting another one in future!

This is likely the only pan on the market that is truly non-stick - not even glue can stick to this thing! I currently own 3 of these and they are not only impossible to scratch, but also fantastic for coking with little no oil.

Brilliant pan, sooooo much lighter than my old wok and easy to clean, would recommend if you like me prefer a deeper pan, I got it from Pink and Blue such a lovely company to do business with.

Ce produit est conforme à mes attentes : qualité, taille et délai de livraison. Je suis passé récemment à ce type de poêle car les modèles standards de type Tefal à base de Teflon ou autre revêtement anti-adhésif ne sont pas assez résistants pour un usage intensif. J'ai déjà acheté plusieurs autres modèles de la même marque en Italie et je suis satisfait qu'Amazon les propose aussi.

This is the most amazing wok I ever purchased. Everything cooks perfectly in there, especially the eggs white which is very hard to cook without getting attached to the bottom of the work. I highly recommend it !!!
