Light and refreshing in Hugo Spritzer
On a recent cruise my husband discovered a light and refreshing drink called the Hugo Spritzer. Elderflower syrup is an important ingredient. What a great drink--so perfect for the weather in Florida. Will be buying again for sure.

Too Tangy, Good Sweet, Light Floral
I like the floral aspect and the sweetness, but the citrusy tanginess is throwing off my teas' flavors. It is a constant addition of tang in everything, so much more than the floral bouquet. It throws me off from wanting to use it honestly. The Elderflower is wonderful, but the citrus ruins it. It is like simple syrup with lemon juice and flowers.

LUSH LUSH LUSH .. and such a nice touch with the candy
THIS IS LUSH, as a Brit in the UK, found it hard to find a decent Elderflower syrup after having this plant everywhere and making it myself for years, but.. TADA.. buy with confidence, light, floral, but with that elderflower tang we all love. Not cloying, not over sweet.. its everything it says it is. Seller even added two honey sweets to the package, such a thoughtful touch, thankyou. :)

Makes a great mocktail!
As a fan of the alcoholic version of the Hugo Spritz, I had to try this syrup in making an NA version for my daughter's baby shower. Well it tastes exactly the same and is delicious! Give it a try. You won't be disappointed!

I was looking for something non- alcoholic that would be a replacement for wine or the canned beverages for summer. I found my go to, I love this drink, a little bit of cordial, ice, and then fill it up with water. It’s easy and delicious.

Not too sweet, only need about 1/8 parts to make soda
Wanting a more cost effective way of having elderflower soft drinks. This with sodastream water at about 1 to 8 is much like the expensive elderflower soda off the shelf.
