As a man, I was initially skeptical about trying out the JOYSPELS Women's High Waisted Gym Shorts, but boy, am I glad that I did! These are a nice pair of shorts for the price. They are great for the gym, but the are not seamless. I have been using for upper body days rather than lower body workouts, as my preference is to wear seamless shorts for lower body. They are a nice and flattering pair of shorts though, and nice for non-gym wear too. They sit really nicely high-waisted.

I wasn't expecting such a good quality

Arrived quickly, well packaged and quality thick material with flattering design/scrunch to the back. I have almost identical shorts twice the cost from a well known fitness brand. These are amazing value.

The size is pretty much bang on and the material is very comfortable too. Good for shape control and quite flattering.

I got a free pair to try and I am really happy with them. Thought they would be too short but they are fine. I ran 20km in them. They stay put. No chafing. My iPhone XS stays put in the pocket. A bigger phone would probably not be secure. I really like those shorts. I am a U.K. size 8 and got a 10 as wasn’t sure I would fit in a 6/8 side. They are perfect.

These are amazing. They are super quality and so so soft. They have pockets on each side for your Phone or other items. I wear mine under my dress for a smoother fit. They are perfect for my gym classes either on there own or with jogging bottoms over. I thoroughly recommend these Butt lift (and they do what they say!) shorts.
