Quality and Air Flow
Well the fan has a sturdy build and the Air Flow is amazing. So i tasted the fan rpm in the monitor the max rpm was 3k is shows it can go 4k so i think thats a fake one maybe my MSI Mortar B660 Max wifi motherboard has some problem or idk. I am not a techie guy overall i dont dislike the rpm it has provided i would totally recommend it.

Not 4000 rpm
'4000 rpm pwm'Though mentioned that it is a 4000 rpm( 3700 rpm) fan, it is giving me only around 2700-2900 rpm on a 2A(CPU FAN) as well as 3A header(PUMP FAN) . So, I am providing enough current and voltage and hence I can say my motherboard 'MSI B450 GAMING PRO CARBON MAX WIFI' is not at fault. I am writing this review after replacing it, thinking that I've received a faulty product but the replaced product also gave the same rpm around 2700-2900. Hence I am concluding that it is not a 4000 rpm fan but a 3000 rpm fan in reality.As far as the air flow is concerned, it is definitely good and it works as a silent fan under around1500 rpm but is not silent at all at max rpm. At Rs 490, I'd have been happier had it given 4000 rpm but with 3000 rpm and no pads to reduce vibration, I'm content with it.

Not a silent fan
If you want a silent fan don't purchase it.Although I have returned the fan. But after using it for a day I understood this fan works like a charm.Build quality is superb. It can suck all the air out of the cabinet every 0.5 sec. This is suitable for mining rigs and workstations. If you want something similar I suggest go with their pwn fan 120x120x38 @ 4000 rpm. That's the max cooling you require for your Gaming PC
