I’m trying to give up sugar in my tea & cereal & want to start with using honey instead is this suitable

It’s beautiful honey which will certainly enhance your cereal and tea, it will taste beautiful. It does rather depend on why you’re giving up sugar; if it’s because of calories, honey is definitely no lighter in calories. If calories are the concern, you might be better off trying something like triple zero Stevia. Hope this is helpful.

Is this honey kosher certified ?

As I read about kosher it is a stamp for jewish food No i don't see any certified kosher logo on this.

Is this a mixture of two differnt honeys? I.e pine and blossoms?
