I was so excited that I could find some that she doesn't have because everyone gives her Elephants on special occasions. Christmas morning comes and I'm smiling more than her because I know she's gonna love this gift more than the bracelet she got. You wouldn't believe the look on my face as she's removing the "boubble wrap". I can hear the ceramic scratching against its self and fall out to the carpet....Noooo! In my head I'm bugging out because I'm giving out broken xmas gifts but she had a good attitude about it saying it was alright and she hoped it could be returned.After that embarrassing moment I left the room to get the wheels turning to return the product. As I'm goin through the process I notice there's no way i can return this item, i can only get my money back on my credit card or money in my Amazon account. I dont want my money, I just want what I ordered!
