I purchased this fan for a summer cottage and initially really liked it . Easy install and met out need for an encased low profile fan. It's been 4 weeks now ( just a few days after the amazon return date) and it's begun to make an annoying high pitched noise. This is a fan that has only been used over night for 12 nights. I will be contacting the manufacturer to see if something can be done about the noise.**** Contacted company who was very responsive and worked diligently to identify the problem. They've offered to replace the fan with the assurance that if the replacement fails I will be refunded. I'm hoping there are no issues since it really is perfect for our needs***

This fan is fairly small. It works great in a smaller room. The bladeless function makes it ideal for a kids room or play room, or a room with a lower ceiling. Its easy to install, and has different settings low, medium, high. The light can be dimmed or brightened, and the tones can be changed as well. It definitely cools a smaller room great, and is virtually silent. The remote is helpful, however only works when pointed at the fan.

The media could not be loaded.  Hanging this patio fan was easy. The hard part was locating, purchasing and installing a ceiling fan bracket. After the bracket was installed, it took about 15-minutes to have it up and operational.This is a small, lightweight ceiling fan but it moves the air nicely with minimal noise. The lights are bright if you want them to be and dim if that suits you. The color of the lights can be changed from a yellow-white to bright white or white with blue or purple accents. Using the provided remote gives you a lot of control over the light selection and fan speed. (See video.) Note that the remote won’t access the light/fan when we try to use it from the inside of the house thru our double pane sliding glass door. This isn’t a problem but is something you might also observe.The fan works fine without the lights so it will get a lot of use during the daylight hours of summer when temperatures are at their peak. The combo of fan and lights will be nice for warm evenings.I really do like this light/fan combination. However, I’m only giving it 4-stars because the nuts and screws that hold the light to the four round bars were loose and my husband needed to tighten them quite a bit (see photos). The manufacturer should have a quality inspection step to make sure this tightening has been performed prior to shipment since, if the fan is installed with lose hardware, it could be noisy and wobbly, and, more importantly, could potentially fall apart after some use.

This ceiling fan is beautiful.The installation is simple and it only took me 15 minutes to complete, as I only need to mount the whole fan up into the ceiling mount and simple N/L wiring.The remote control does work, but not smart; you need to point it to the fan for the operation, which makes wall-mounting the remote control pretty useless.

So we got this fan for our bedroom because we have 8 ft tall ceilings and my husband is 6 ft tall. When he puts his arms above his head, to change shirt, he hits regular fan blades if he is standing too close to them. With this fan that is no longer a problem. I still get the benefit of the air moving, he gets the benefit of the room not attacking him while he changes.The light that this gives off is excellent. The remote is easy to use. I wish it had 6 speeds so the fan was reversible, but it is a feature I can live without. Especially with how the fan moves air, it moves a bunch of air but doesn't feel like you are in a wind tunnel, so I find it to be less drying on my eyes. Overall, we like this fan and it was good investment.

The remote works great, lots of versatility. The fan itself is easy to install, your standard hardwired fan installation. Its light weight and you can change the temperature/color on the fan light. Fan has three speeds. Its bladeless design makes this a good choice for a kids room

I love the fact that I can change the color tones, ranging from a warm yellow-white to a cool white with blue or purple accents. It truly adds a stunning aesthetic to the room.The remote control provides excellent versatility, enabling me to adjust the lights and fan speed with ease. However, I did notice that the remote only works when pointed directly at the fan, so keep that in mind.Although the fan itself is flawless, I did find that some of the nuts and screws holding the light to the bars were loose. Fortunately, my husband was able to tighten them securely. This minor issue aside, the fan operates quietly and efficiently.Overall, I highly recommend this lightweight ceiling fan for anyone seeking a powerful yet compact cooling solution with beautiful lighting options. Its versatility, easy installation, and sleek design make it a fantastic addition to any room.

My only negative, is that at its highest speed, the fan is somewhat noisy. But a modern upgrade to the old style, big-blade fans that are a pain to install. I love the different lighting moods you can create with it and how you can keep the fan on, while turning off the light, or vice versa, with the remote control.

Size is small but quality and wind is perfect so not that smll finally :)
