Had the round one in the bottom of my tool back pack with hard bottom and noticed it was broken. Haven’t even used it yet.Can’t contact support either.

Love this set of files, which come in a nice case to keep them all together. This set replaced odd files that I have for years and there is everything in the case that I need for all of my DIY jobs.

I'll start with a disclaimer that I'm not an expert on this type of tool, and I don't really have anything else to compare them to.I've been using the regular carbon steel files to clean up surfaces on 3D-printed plastic parts, and they do an excellent job. I had been using Emory boards or sandpaper previously, but the files are way more convenient since they last a lot longer than an Emory board and don't need to be attached to some other implement like sandpaper does.I've used the diamond-grit files on a couple of occasions — once to file a flat surface into a stainless steel rod for use as a motor shaft, and another time to narrow the diameter of a motor shaft to more easily fit inside of a bearing. Again, I have no point of comparison, but I found this work to be *really* tedious. The files really do not remove much material from stainless steel, so it took several hours of work to file a 0.35mm recess into the rod. I imagine some sort of powered cutting tool like a lathe would be better suited to the job, but the files got the job done within budget, so I can't complain!Initially, the set arrived with several tools missing from the pack. After getting in touch with customer support, they were quick to send out a replacement for the entire set (not just the missing tools) and didn't even ask me to return the originals. So while the omission was a little bit strange and inconvenient, I would happily buy from this company again.

I received the items, but one of the files was damaged, so I contacted the seller and they sent me a brand new set of files. They arrived the following day, which absolutely excellent. I would buy from this seller again without question.If you want a Quality file set, then buy these, you want be disappointing.

Turned up on time. Good first impressions. But only used one of the large files so far.
