Their sizing is way off and it does not say that it comes with or you have to use a pad. However you do.Try using a reputable company.

The Underwear padding was bulky and required me to explain what I was wearing.
Thank God I had no problem while flying. They were too bulky. I would not buy again.

they leak
i would return but cant as i had to try a pair to see. sizing abit off and the legs are losse , not snug adding to leaking issue. I had wet throu in several hours from the dribbling can recommend, iwould ask for my money back but as i did try a pair that woulr not be a fair request, stick to dependa good luck all

The absorbent area is very bulky and "krinkles" with movement. They also run very large, A size large in these is larger than an x-large in normal briefs like Jockey.
