sturdy, good value, useful
Nice and sturdy with close fitting lid, adjustable vents. It does get a bit overwarm centre base, which I got concerned about and I have put a saucer on the bttom and that has just enough raise to lift the seed pots a bit above that area. I left the heater on all night and have also opened the vents a tad. I don`t want to be cooking my expensive tomato seeds edit:just to say that every one of my tomato seeds came up in double quick time. This propagator is worth every penny and it is easy to cope with steady base temperature with two small upturned saucers on the base plus the vents. I would buy this again tbh.

Great propagation tool!
Perfect to keep my seeds warm, moist to aid their germination. The container is just the right size to house two trays of seeds. I am also able to attract a grow light above the container to help the seedlings not to get too leggy! Very easy to set up and use. Pretty much plus in and stay to use immediately. The unit is extremely solidly made and I am very pleased with it. For the money paid, I am happy and would recommend it to friends and family too.

Well made
This is well made. The clear cover is thick plastic, but the scalloped design impedes visibility. It produces quite a gentle heat, so is probably OK for germinating annuals to be planted out in the UK. It doesn't generate sufficient heat for germinating tropical seeds such as Adenium.

A little heat helps your seedlings this time of year
Easy to use, placed on a sunny windowsill in the house & started my Tomatoes off no problem. Highly recommended for growing from seed.

Good value
Great item. Compact enough to be discreet in the house if you want to keep cuttings in over the winter. Good value.

An excellent product that results in effective and speedy seed germination.
An excellent and high quality product. Each year I grow a variety of pepper plants from seed, and before I used this propagator, germination took ages - if it occurred at all. Using this device, germination was very speedy (typically within 5-7 days). I've managed to rotate through all of my plant seeds (peppers, tomatoes, courgettes, squash, sweet peas amongst others), taking them out of the propagator as soon as germination has taken place and replacing with new seeds. Thoiroughly recommended.

The heat isn't evenly distributed throughout.
Found with this that once germinated only 1 survived as much as I kept watering it and kept an eye on it it was getting too hot in the edge and the centre. So not equally dispersed heat. It works I guess but expected the heat to be evenly distributed. So lost out as was going through seeds like no body's business. Will just stick to 2 plates and some toilet roll.

Excellent product.
Very good for seedlings and cuttings. Would recomend using trays in it so you can change from seed to cutting medium. recomend it.
