Amazing cream for foot care
I bought this urea cream awhile ago, as my podiatrist suggested that urea cream would help with calluses and dry feet. I have cracked heels and recurring calluses as I walk a lot. Of course, I procrastinated as my doctor suggested wrapping my feet in saran wrap after application at bedtime. It was just another chore to do on top of my other nightly regimens. Instead, I bought some plastic disposable foot covers to use instead of the saran wrap. I decided to try the cream on one foot first as I felt I couldn't walk around if I needed to, with both feet covered. I applied the urea cream, put the plastic foot cover on and went to bed. This first application was surprisingly effective and helped with both the cracked heel and callus. Of course, I will need to apply this more frequently to get my feet in tiptop shape. This cream comes with a nice pumice stone, with attached brush and cover. The cream isn't too thick, and isn't greasy. This cream is amazing and I am going to tell my friends about it too.

Very effective for dry, rough skin
This cream works incredibly well for rough, dry areas. It absorbs quickly without feeling greasy and noticeably softens skin after just a few uses. Great for heels, elbows, and any stubborn dry patches. A little goes a long way, and it’s gentle enough for regular use.

Nice and moisturizing
I purchased this for my husband as he has very dry, cracked heels. He has used it a couple nights, and there is a marked difference! I used it last night and it made my heels soft and supple. I do not care for the consistency- it feels sticky and the smell is meh.. but it does a wonderful job and it is for our feet so I can live with those minor issues. We have socks to put on after applying, so no sheets are harmed in the wearing of this cream…. So far so good!

It Works!
A great exfoliator. I have extremely dry skin that doesn't exfoliate. I no longer need to file the layers off. I always read reviews with an open mind. The reviews that say it pills or beads up are using too much product and applying it wrong. A little is all that's needed and apply in long stokes, not in a circular motion. I use it nightly. Wash it off in the morning and use a 12% lactic acid lotion with a light layer of petroleum jelly. Wash that off before the nightly routine. Finally, I am no longer embarrassed by my skin. Some buyers state the smell as a turn off. I've used many products that smell great, the only thing they got rid of was my money! The smell isn't that bad, and it dissipates after a while. I was so impressed I ordered a second jar and will be a repeat buyer.

I can't believe how well this stuff works! It got rid of a large years-old callus in weeks.
This stuff is absolutely amazing. I have a slightly crooked gait due to a badly broken right leg years ago. Over time it resulted in the development of a substantial callus on the outside edge of my right heel. The callus was about two inches long and close to a half inch wide, and had been there for several years. I hated it, and tried to treat in other ways without any success. So when I learned about the uses of urea and saw this product I bought it and applied it to the callus off and on for perhaps a total of ten times over a period of about six weeks. I wore "Moisturizing Gel Heel Sleeves" on the heel that I also bought here on Amazon, putting the sleves on after each application of the cream, and left them on a full day after each application, to keep the cream in contact with the callus. After a couple weeks dead skin began coming off the callus, so it was clear then that something was happening. I scrubbed at it a couple times in the shower. Now, after these six weeks of treatments, I am amazed and incredibly happy to report that that the callus is virtually gone!!! My heel is smooth and normal again. And I haven't even used half of the jar. I find it hard to believe, but it's true. According to Wikipedia on the medical uses of urea including getting rid of calluses: "Urea dissolves the intercellular matrix of the cells of the stratum corneum, promoting desquamation of scaly skin, eventually resulting in softening of hyperkeratotic areas." I've seen a couple negative reviews from people who bought this product claiming it was not a good moisturizer. It is not in fact, and such criticisms are unfair. This is a product with a function way beyond moisturizing, due to the urea content. If you want a moisturizer, buy a moisturizer, not this. Also, I thought that perhaps I should have bought the 40 percent urea content cream, but the 20 percent worked just fine.

Effective
Worked really well last winter. When the cracked skin on the heels returned last month I ordered this again. I see improvement for just 1 week of use.

Useful for some needs
Only used it a few times. Best I could find for the need. But, Not sure what made in USA means anymore.
