Great and they don’t make you drowsy in the morning!
These are great! They taste good and they work. It takes some time though. So I’d take it a couple of hours before bed but that’s just me. I will repurchase though because they work well and they’re by the same company that makes sleep pastilles that work well for me too; these will not make you drowsy the next day like other over the counter sleep meds or too much melatonin. This just has the right amount of melatonin.

I totally love it! There only 1mg of melatonin, so you wake up well rested and not drowsy. I'm taking 1 gummy during weekdays and 2 on weekends. I recommended it to my friends, they also love it. Great product and taste good.

Best I’ve had
One gummy is enough for me to get a good night’s sleep. Do not feel groggy the next day. Only challenge is that once you wake, it’s hard to fall back asleep. So pray you don’t wake up in the middle of the night.
