This welding jacket arrived on time, as promised. It is well made and good value for the money. I ordered the XL and it fits well for the purpose. The fastening straps could be a few inches longer but still do the trick. The sewing and seams are good. There is a leather scent. Nothing unexpected. I like the coverage to just below my knees. If your shoulder measurement is larger than 44, it might be a bit tight. I would recommend this welding apron.

Very high quality material (although it does have a slight chemical smell, does not smell like leather at all), stitching is nice. Elastic bands in the back seem a bit flimsy but those are pretty easy to replace if they go bad and not really an issue at this price point IMO Only thing I would note is that the sizing runs VERY small. I wear a size medium t-shirt and the X-large apron fits me like it was tailored. I think the "large" is like a children's size

Sized well! 5'11" 210lbs, the XL fits like a jacket, just as expected with plenty of room at the sleeve ends and for layers underneath. The elastic straps are well placed and work well to keep the garment in a comfortable position. The buckles allow quick on/off and is much appreciated. The star of the show are the arms! The rear of the arms cover the entire shoulder blade, allowing ample movement before the elastic straps engage. It feels like a full garment until you feel the straps gently holding the shoulder blade flaps together. Aside from a couple of blemishes in the leather, which is overall great quality for the task, I love this protective gear.

En lo que a mi respecta, cumplio al cien por ciento con mis espectativas. Cubre perfectamente toda el area de riesgo de salpicaduras al soldar o lijar. Es un poco pesada pero creo que es aceptable debido a su tamaño y forma.
