Burst and no refund!
RUBBISH! Delighted at first then after a couple of weeks it burst and flooded the shed!Great idea, but useless quality.Tried and failed to get a refund. Dealberry's response__"We are sorry to hear you are having trouble with your item, it is now outside of our 14 day warranty for damaged items. Please contact the manufacturer as they may be under manufacturer warranty"-- but no clue as to who manufacturer is!AVOID wasting your money!

Order longer than you think you need
I bought one of these to cover my small garden (admittedly without measuring my garden first). The hose does expands slightly, but not the advertised length (mine stretched to 21ft). However the stretch is caused by the force of the water, so once the trigger is employed, the hose shortens and pressure drops (so prepare to be catapulted back to your kitchen door) :)I therefore purchased a 2nd 25ft hose to make up for the shortfall, but found this didn't necessarily double the hose length (strangely) so still only just about covers my 38ft garden and I have to stretch the hose still.Plus points are that it is certainly more compact and lighter than a standard hose, so easier to tidy away and store, the spray options and trigger are great and it was very simple to fit.

total waste of money
That was a replacement to my old beloved Xhose. I have received it today and used it straight away. The hose doesn't expand properly , leaving areas here and there not expanded at all. When you use the spray, it pulls back considerably. Whereas I had to turn the tap only twice with my previous Xhose , with this stretch hose, even the tap fully open doesn't give me any pressure in the spray. Total waste of money.

Stretch hose is just what I needed.
Very pleased with the product and was able to use it quite easily and much prefer it to the old type of hose which was hard to entangle some times. Pleased I was advised to contact yourselves as found the 25ft length was not long enough for our garden and with the extra length am happy with it.

The hosepipe is serviceable and very useful. It does what it is supposed todoand is light to carry around.

Awful
I only have a small garden about 12 ft by 12 ft yet these hoses always ends up with leaks in them i have got through two this summer in future i will stick to buying the old plastic type.

Good buy
This was bought as an extension to an existing similar stretch hose. These are so light and flexible they and eliminated the dreaded 'kinked' hose interrupting the flow of water, and has made watering the garden or washing the car a very much easier task.Delivery was speedier than expected, as it was delivered day early!

In order to use the stretch hose you have to pull it out. On the first pull ( not excessive or around any sharp corners) a 2 inch split appeared in the hose making it useless. In order to write a report you have a give it at least one star-as far as I am concerned but it does not warrant any. Useless piece of kit which had to be put in the bin without any use whatsoever. 0/10
