Some know-how is required but they work well.
I needed to have an Arduino Uno on hand to burn the bootloader on the ATTiny85. Once that was done I was able to plug the Digispark board into my computer and upload programs with the Arduino IDE (Board = Digispark 1 MHz No USB worked, and Micronucleus programmer).Do a search on burning Digispark bootloader with Arduino ISP, using avrdude command.

Quality build. Works out of box.
Just follow instructions on manufacturer website. Simply install usb driver and Arduino board and you're good to go. Parts are sentivive to static electric discharge.

Works, but poor fitment
I'm not impressed with the poor fitment in a USB a port. They are loose and floppy.Contacts are a few millimeters short than they should be, so you don't always get good contactOne has died after about 1 hour of use.
