Gluten Free Noodles
Lovely glass noodles. I can't eat gluten or wheat noodles but these are a great replacement. I can use them for a cold noodle salad or for ramen noodles. What a treat.

good alternative to boring old noodles or rice
These noodles come in very cute, small portions of 50g. You'll probably need two at a time for a more hearthy meal.The noodles can either be soaked in cold water for about an hour, or - the way I prefer to do it - you can put them in a pan and pour boiling hot water on top, leave them for two minutes until they get soft then rinse.They work well with Asian dishes, stir fries etc.To be honest I still prefer Udon noodles to these, but both are great in their own right.
