This tv box is decent and work as expected. The only reason to deduct a star was the lack of ethernet port, which I believe to be important since the device is not a stick. But it works really well.

I use to have a Xiaomi TV stick about 3 years ago and it was Android 9. It is very old now and thought of buying the latest TV box from Xiaomi. It is an excellent product and it satisfies all my needs. Very smooth, very good picture quality and works as google TV.

This is a very good streaming device if you have a 'dumb' tv without such features built in. The device was able to unify the remote for the TV so we only need to use the Xiaomi one, the device was also very easy to set up and get running. It is worth the money.

I received my order incredibly fast—less than 12 hours! However, I was disappointed to find that the item was not new, as advertised. The carton was damaged and had visible cuts, with fingerprints and dust inside. It’s clear that this was an open box item. On the positive side, the device itself works fine, but this is the first time something like this has happened to me on Amazon. I expected a brand-new product and didn’t get that.
