Hair left smooth and soft for 8 weeks. Already ordered again. Only criticism is that it would be good if the kit was supplied with gloves and applicator brush. First of all, the shampoo is only 30ml ..I have long hair so not sure how I could manage to wash my hair the recommended four times. The next product the spray pump didn't work, so that was annoying. Plus this was also a small amount and wasn't enough to cover my hair. The third product you are meant to comb through your hair, then wait 30 minutes then blow dry and straighten. I'm not sure if this was some kind of joke, but imagine putting glue on your hair and then trying to comb it through. I just about managed, and after thirty minutes my hair was such a goopy mess there was no way I could even get a comb through it, let alone try to blow dry it or take sections to flat iron! So basically after losing chunks of hair in a grand effort for this to work I gave up, and had to wash all that garbage and all my hard spent money down the drain. I have highlighted hair colour since 2012 so I couldn't use any keratin treatment since then.Having a baby and feeling no time to deal with my long and frizzy hair started to think semi permanent straightening again. I was looking for a budget option. When I searched for blonde hair I found this product.So, here's my opinion:If you never use home kit before, I need to warn you; depend on hair length, you need to spend min 4 hours! I have long hair it took me to complete 5 1/2 hours...Instruction is very easy. Nothing complicated at all.At the end it's chemical treatment but there is no nasty smell during any stage of application comparing other kits.Unfortunately the first bottle solution supposed to be atomiser bottle spray wasn't working so I had to pour in a cup and applied with tint brush. Result: it wasn't enough for my full hair.... I kept this product almost 3months on side because of my busy "baby" schedule, after 3 months I was so desperate to use it. So I didn't want to contact seller, ask replacement and wait for it. But before you use the kit, it's good idea to check this.There is no hair clips, brush, cover, gloves etc. unlike the other brands...I was pretty upset when atomiser bottle not working, couldn't get any hair on my top which was frizzier but I decided to take risk and complete the each step.After long time consuming application result wasn't bad. I can't say my hair is so sleek but it didn't look frizzy anyway.
