Vitamins anyone...
The gel tastes like jam or preserves that were sitting out. I prefer it to be cold so I refrigerate mine. Flavor is better than expected. Not sure what difference it's making. I made a few lifestyle changes at once, however, my job is still stressful.

Works!
After a week’s worth of daily use, I can feel the difference! I am a skeptic. I believe the hype, but the product, then realize it does not help me. So this time around, I decided to be tougher on my judgement. Man. It DOES work! I am going to continue using. Then I will report back with my latest blood work to see if it shows improvement in certain markers on my test values.

sunflower oil in this product.
i thought the ingredients were all healthy for me. little did i know in the fine print is sunflower oil and sunflower lethacin. i am allergic to sunflower oil. i can only think the reason was that this oil was cheaper. way too much sunflower oil in the food chain. hope this helps others make an informed decision. its also a seed oil yuck.
