No issues while using these sticks. You really need to put in some effort when using these but they work really well at cleaning porcelain surfaces. I was worried that it would break as I was starting to put some effort but it stayed together just fine.

18 year old toilets have a persistent scum ring at the water line; tried many different chemicals and scrubs over the years. This pumice stone "brush" worked beautifully...average amount of effort and it removed the scum line and the toilet bowl looks like new; also used it on my sinks with great results. Shower tile comes next. Great value. The pumice part does wear down but this still should last a long time now that I've got the worst of it cleaned up.

Wow! This works for toilets and also my marble shower titles!!! We were about to remove the floor tiles and now, no need! We had tried every cleaner - bleach, tilex and all did not work. This did the trick. This was super easy, just a scrub and water and just like you!
