This is a great product. Very fair price, the effects were on par for what I expected. I would highly recommend giving it a shot for this specific supplement and also would assume that the company as a whole would be similarly high quality! Sleep quality, pain relief, and recovery from activity all seemed to be there! Will purchase again.

I bought this hoping to support my muscle tone and recovery during a new workout phase, and while I did notice slightly better pumps and energy during workouts, I had to stop taking it after a week. It gave me a queasy stomach every time—even when I took it with food. The capsules are pretty large, and the label doesn’t give much guidance beyond the serving size. If you have a sensitive stomach, proceed cautiously. That said, for hardcore fitness folks who tolerate supplements well, it may be worth trying. Just not for me.

I take 2 pills 30/40 min before the gym. The pump is insane. No need for any other pre workout. Awesome supplement

For something this cheap, I have not gotten better results as far as recovery and going harder during workouts. And you will almost immediately notice the insane pumps / increase in vascularity. Blows every other NO2 supplement I've ever taken out of the water. And increased my metabolism as well. I'm happy with it

It takes quite some time to see results. Iused it for two month and can't say I saw anything different. All looks the same. If nothing shows up after January I will quit.

Considering the cost, you are probably better off buying beet powder instead. Beet powder is also a good source of nitric oxide.
