For a $300 item, poor quality and inadequate customer service are unacceptable. I contacted customer service five times, each time waiting over 10 minutes without anyone answering. I also sent an email, but it took more than 24 hours to receive a replyโ€”only asking more questions instead of offering a solution. I already provided a video showing the leak. Initially, I didnโ€™t want to return the product. A simple replacement part (which I believe is inexpensive) could have resolved the issue. However, because of the hassle of contacting customer service, I am left with no choice but to return it.
