I adore these inks! I use them for calligraphy and for a watercolor style art. The pigments are deep and can be watered down for lighter more transparent look. You can also use white acrylic paint or white calligraphy ink to mix colors you want. The plastic cork top can be difficult to open but does get easier to open after a few uses. The glass pen is great quality too. I have quite a few and this maybe my new favorite one. The paint brush is good too. Bigger than i normally use though. And a little loose on metal part. All in all i love all of it. This is the second set I've bought

pen arrived with chip in nib so ink won't flow properly and is useless - disappointing - too much trouble to return so just a wast of money
