So it just arrived and on checkout it works well. It’s a bright stop light (stop light only). With as many tail gaters as there are my only thought was to better alert them on my slowing and signal to them to back off. I’m glad I boight the red lens instead of the smoked glass unit as I believe that instead of more style I’d rather have a brighter light. Now if it only works well a year or so. * Update: the unit is still a great added stop light, but be prepared it causes false alerts that your trailer light bulb failed. Be prepared to see these trailer light alerts, because your car will see the trailer wiring harness is being used, but no load from the other bulbs.

It’s bright
Good light for added safety. I was just able to get the retaining pin in it to mount it in my 2” receiver. It’s tight but doable!

Bright light. Cord is just the right length for my Tacoma.

Wire too short
Did not use, it had a loose fit would most likely rattle, the wire was too short to plug in neatly. Would like to return it.

I thought it would just be a third brake light but it blinks when use the turn signals and hazard... I don't like that
