It’s perfect and in good condition

I chose the "good" option, not "excellent" - but this could have easily been sold as excellent. There is absolutely no visible damage - no scratches, no chipped paint, the hinges work well, and the battery lasts over a full day on a single charge. The phone performs well, the camera quality is great and has up to 30x zoom (10x optical + 3x digital). I'm very happy with this.I previously had a Z Fold 3 and accidentally damaged the internal display. A repair shop quoted me £600 to fix it - buying this was both cheaper and provided a better result than having my old phone repaired.

I had this phone for 4 months and it has been very good, especially for taking notes and battery life.Unfortunately the fold 4 has a design issue where the inside screen will break leaving a black band of dead pixels and stopping the inside touch screen from working. This appears to be something that effects an awful lot of people judging by a Google search of the issue. As Samsung does not cover fixing this fault - claiming that it is the user causing a "pressure issue", I cannot reccomend anyone buy this phone, refurbished or not.

Great phone with good battery life and easy to use with many apps and all you need with this stylish phone. Get a screen cover to keep it scratch resistance. Thank you

I would have liked a choice of colours. However, it's tough but good looking and practical. A good purchase.

I've been using my Z Fold 4 for a few days now and it's been great so far, zero scratches and 500GB for £779 is a steal. I've docked a star because the inner screen protector was removed, meaning I had to go to the Samsung store and pay £30 to have a new one installed (Samsung recommend not removing this screen protector); if I hadn't checked to see whether the screen protector was there, I might've inadvertently damaged the device.

I bought this as previously used and saved a good few pounds.My previous phone was a Samsung S20 but unfortunately was damaged making the camera almost useless.I was uncertain whether to go for new S23 or this Z4.I watch a multitude of uTube Videos and took the plunge.So far I am highly delighted with my choice of the Z4.As a conventional smart phone it does all you would expect.Open it up and you reach a whole new level of smart phone.The front screen is slightly smaller than that on my S20 but opening the phone out and you have transformed your mobile into a compact tablet.A must have addition is the pen.I bought a cover that came with the pen. I am not too taken with the cover I picked but also not too disappointed as it gives some protection to my phone and has a slot to hold the pen.The new Z5 is available but if you are on a budget, the X4 (at a reduced price) is a steal.Check out the many uTube reviews.Highly recommended.

Really disappointed with the customer service on this phone,after 9 months it has stopped working properly, after messaging the seller he said there was no warranty with the phone as he believes it has been misused or accidentally damaged, ,the phone stopped working in my hand with no misuse or damage. I would not purchase from this seller as he offers no after service or is even bothered .
