Really applies easily. A tiny bit will go really far. It helps my eyeshadow apply evenly and last longer.

Great. I Use it for Under Eye Concealer.
Great product. I don’t use for eye shadow primer. I bought in the lightest color to get rid of bags under my eyes. I don’t get enough sleep and this stuff is amazing for under eye concealer. I have olive skin time and while this is white, it blends well. I put make up over it and wow, my eyes look bright and looks like I got a full nights sleep. Best under eye concealer that will also brighten your eyes.

Soft, smooth, just let it dry a bit.
As for application, you can use anything even your finger. It’s pretty easy to apply. Just make sure to let it dry a bit and get “tacky”. Blends softly and smoothly. Affordable but actually good. Perfect color (for me). I am light tan - medium tan. So sometimes I look kinda white. (But not that white.) LOL. Anyways, good for using to carve out the highlights and shapes too besides using as an eye base. If the color is not for you outright, if you need it to be paler or less yellow, just do some mixing with white or use anything blue, red, yellow. Idk about black. Grey is good for making the color look more neutral and muted. Can also use other products like eyeliners to mix into it. Not limited to just foundation, concealers, etc. I think the main problem is that people are probably putting too much and not letting it dry. Or letting it dry completely. If it’s too dry, wipe it off. I understand not feeling like doing it all over again. But you might as well do it since you did a full beat. LMAO

Really works!
This P.Louise eyeshadow primer offers a lot of bang for your buck. Eyeshadow looked smooth and even over this base. No creasing or loss of pigment throughout long days. Washed off easy with micellar water. Held up well in heat and with watery eyes.
