Calm Magnesium Stick Packets

The flavor is delicious. You can kind of taste that fake sugar, but I still like that. This product is totally essential for your health in my opinion and super calms you down. I recommend these prior to flights especially long ones to relax you and your body and prepare you to be sitting for a long time. Also great in the evening I like to prepare this kind of like a tea so that it’s nice and warm. Again the flavor is delicious and can be enjoyed hot or cold, but most importantly this stuff is really good for your physical and I would say mental health. Can’t go wrong with this product very convenient to keep a few in your purse or to share with a friend and family. This also helps with bowel movements. Five stars all the way.

This is what I don’t even know I needed in my life! I randomly decided to try this because I have been struggling to lose weight and heard stress may have something to do with it so I figured why not for 20 bucks. I have been drinking it for a few weeks and I started noticing random things like I don’t crave chocolate anymore. The random twitches in my arms or near my eyes have stopped. I have started intense workouts and though these types of workout have made me very sore in the past, I am not really sore at all. I also finally lost 3 pounds this week when for two years nothing I have tried has worked and it has kept creeping up. I even feel like ai have energy again! Maybe it won’t work for everyone but holy heck it has improved several things for me that I didn’t even know magnesium helped with until I looked up some information after I noticed these changes. I would recommend to give it a try and find out what it may do for you.

I’ve been really happy with these magnesium packets. I’m a bartender, so after a long shift it can be hard to wind down even though I’m physically exhausted. I usually mix one with water when I get home, and it’s become part of my nighttime routine. I like that the packets are convenient to take to work or while traveling, and they dissolve easily. The flavor is pleasant, and I haven’t had any issues drinking it. If you’re looking for an easy way to add magnesium to your routine, I’d definitely recommend giving these a try.

This didn't really relax me, but it does take a little bit of the edge off. Mixes well with a 16 oz. water bottle. Flavors seem a little bland but not a game changer.

Great product - this is great for travel. We buy the large tub for home use. Magnesium is so great for so many things!

I did a search on Amazon for a different brand that also uses "Calm". This popped up and looked similar. I didn't notice that they were different. When I received this, it is nothing like the other brand. The flavor of the Raspberry Lemon was gross and not easy to finish. I will give this away to someone and find the original brand I was looking for. That brand truly helped me sleep through the night - this one did not.

Need a 6th star. Where has this been all my life? Always had issues trying to go to sleep or even stay asleep. Now I can take this an hour before bed and actually feel my mind relaxing, slowing down going into a peaceful state ready for sleep. The next morning I am refreshed and ready to go.
