Let me start with the minors:1. There should be more of an explanation as to what the difference between silent and voiced click are. Let me (because, when I hear/read "voice" I look for something to put my voice into :-); Basically, 2 of the l/r-click buttons are very silent, and the others, you can hear a little click. I will explain why I find the extra buttons useful, regardless of the fact that click or no click is.. for my use, useless, later.2. I wish the battery charge indicator had some type of warning, or percentage, while using it. It is, great to have. However, I almost returned it, thinking that one of the buttons was defective. Segway-into the pluses:Battery life is EXCELLENT! From the initial purchase, in early September, and initial full charge, I had not recharged it, until late September (And I used it on most days (I am a disabled United States Marine Corps Veteran, that does some some Microsoft Office software fixes for friends, so..). Anyway, sporadically a couple buttons stopped being responsive. After making sure they were dust-free (live in a VERY dusty environment) I remembered something: the last Bluetooth mouse I had, did the same thing: when the battery was getting low. That one had a that needed replacing, about every 2-3 weeks, btw.I plugged it into the USB port, on my laptop (which I also hadn't done, since initial charging), and instantly, battery indicator came one, and all buttons worked (doing it now, btw). Segway to another plus:Works with USB,, without a hitch. Also works flawlessly with with the 2.4G wi-fi. I keep the adapter in the same port on my laptop, as I have limited ports, and don't like to cause extra wear on them. However, it's nice to know that, if I needed to use that port, I can use Bluetooth. Segway to the buttons:AWESOME! I recently bought a no-expensive tablet, to mainly watch movies on, and other Android things. Though I had basically tested the BT, on my cell phone at the beginning, just to see if it worked, I hadn't used it. But a lightbulb when off: HMMM. I can scroll through my emails, or sites like this one, on my laptop, and then pause, or play, on the tablet, with ANOTHER button that I like:It is located "perfectly" to just use my thumb, and click. THEN, just for fun... I put my tablet to the left, and my cell phone to the right of my laptop, and.. (my imagination) pretended that I was some "mad techno scientist).The .. btw... The "forward/Backwards" buttons ALSO work in the Android environment!Wheel and DPI: great. Side note: for the Wheel and left/right click buttons... You need to adjust them, according to your device settings, if you want scrolling, clicking, etc. different than "out of the box" That being said, it is truly "plug and play" (I have Windows 10, and both Android 9 and 11).The cord that it comes with is durable, nylon braided, with a good length, so, if travelling, it can be used for other USB-C devices.And, did I mention that it IS ergonomic?

I already had an ergonomic mouse very much in this still and I loved it. The only discomfort I feel is the scroll wheel, but that's because it's my number one used asset on the mouse.My old one started to wear out and the noise it made started to annoy me so I bought this one to replace it.My main reason for buying this product was the ergonomics that I grew accustomed to using plus it's multidevice function. I have to give credit to where credit is though, the device switcher is in the best possible location may I say.Anyway the silent keys are in deed silent, Basically zero click just enough to know you pressed it but not to the point that it annoys you at night or when you are busy doing something important. (Praise God for this quietness. If only my keyboard was as quite.)As for the clicky/noisy ones. They have that classic click that I grew to hate. ( Don't ask me why, the stress just got to me and it's a good change of pace with this mouse.) If you are a gamer/someone who loves to quickly click the mouse button. I gotta say its still somewhat satisfying. (Personal opinion here).The forward and back buttons have no issue. Just like I would expect they just work. I still remember that one mouse that had those buttons but they didn't work like there supposed to.My only suggestion on how to provide a better product would to include one without those clicky keys and just the silent ones. Along with an RGB version. I want to be able to have a soft white glow on my mouse so I can turn off the lights and work. But still, be able to find my mouse instead of looking for them.Apart from that, you gotta love the Type-C connector. A rather perfect location with a nice quick charge. I will only ever use that usb-2.4g connector when using a plubic computer. Apart from that, Bluetooth on my laptop and my desktop.Also can it come it white/silverish? Just a suggestion might increase the so called premium sense I get from the quality when I hold it. It just doesn't feel cheap and makes me feel like it was worth spending the money. Great feel, nice aesthetics and perfect function. What more can I ask from a manufacturer but to do their job correctly?Thank you for my almost perfect mouse that just needs a little more color :D I will definitely buy it again and more should I ever break this one or happened to get it solely for work.Small Warning: Use a mouse pad, the small pads underneath are something that makes feel like it won't survive long on rough surfaces. Best to use one anyways. I highly recommend it, it makes all the difference in using a mouse. Don't believe me? Just try it and you won't go back.It really ads to the premium feel, if you know what I mean. Or else you won't enjoy it as much.

Great mouse overall. Smooth tracking, easy to connect and use, great features/functions. The only complaint I have is that the button to switch from 2.4G/BT is right below your thumb and I often hit it by accident. It seems like it would be SUPER uncommon to want to switch between the two (but maybe some people do?). So, I am puzzled as to why the button location would be in a place where I would bump it by accident on a daily basis.

I love this mouth. The only thing I would change is the location of the Bluetooth button, as I constantly (several times a day) hit it on the side of the keyboard, which changes the setting and renders it unconnected. Granted, it is a minor frustration, but when it happens repeatedly when you're in a groove in a big project, it is annoying. That said, I love the functionality, ease of use, and comfort.

The company provided fantastic support above and beyond what was expected! I received my replacement soon after having been contacted. Great product and great support at a competitive price point. Highly recommended!Edit: I’ve used this mouse for several months for work in my home office. Since I work remotely, the mouse rests on my desk and is never thrown into a bag for travel. After months of seamless usage, my BT2 connection stopped working. Thinking the mouse was at low-battery, I fully-charged it but the result is still the same. While this is a great product, there is the one caveat. I can’t return/replace it since the window has closed. It’d be great if someone from the company reached out to me for resolution.

Should have switched to an ergonomic mouse earlier, my hand-ache from using a traditional mouse previously disappeared.

Llegó mucho antes de lo esperado, ya tengo 1 mes usándolo y es muy cómodo y preciso. Tenía duda sobre los botones dobles pero no estorban para nada, los de adelante sonbtotalmente silenciosos así que está perfecto. Vale la pena lo que cuesta ya que además está muy bonito.

Writing this review after 2 months. The product looks fancy but the quality of product not worth as per the price. The buttons have started to dampen n the sound of click is no more there overall average product but good battery time
