Can you buy a replacement battery has my clippers I amazing but the battery is playing up

I have the same question and need directions to purchase the correct battery in order to replace it. We don’t wish to buy new clippers. This merely adds to landfill and ours are otherwise fine.

As no oil is included in the packaging what oil should I use to maintain the blade

Make sure it's on tight. I think it would depend on what type of fur you were trying to cut

Would this be suitable for a Lhasa Apso's fur?

These clippers are the best i have ever use, i also have Lhasa Apso's and the clippers are excellent for grooming their fur, i have bought a lot of clippers over the years and these are the best that i have come across, i even have my own hair cut with these clippers, i highly recommend them and you will not be disappointed with them.
