If it stays runny it's not raw! The honey is a natural mix of sugars from the bees which varies massively depending on the pollen they have collected. So the taste can vary massively.It's a bit infuriating seeing the ridiculous 1 star reviews from people thinking they should be getting a crap processed runny honey.I have no doubt this is a filtered unprocessed raw honey.
