I use this mostly for half kneeling stretches and split squats. Does the job.

die Matte nutze ich für Handstandliegestütze, also zur Dämpfung für den Kopf so wie beim Crossfit eben, dafür ist sie mega gut geeignet!

bon coussin pour travailler ces abdos sans se faire mal. bonne épaisseur et longueur. a recommander pour ceux qui ont mal au dos quad ils font des abdos.
