Took 30 seconds to assemble. Worked like a charm. Flame is steady with good adjustability and plenty of heat output. Frame is sturdy. Cast iron is naturally brittle so having the bottom framed with crossbars (rather than free-standing legs like some other units) offers additional protection to the burner when storing. Functionally, it's 5 stars (after initial use; will edit post if longevity becomes an issue). Enhancements to make it perfect: 1) integrated piezo igniter and 2) engineered to store more compactly. The main point of a unit like this (IMHO) is portability. The cast iron burner unit extends several inches from the frame and after connecting the gas line, the entire unit is clunky to store.
