The media could not be loaded. Like everyone else on this planet, I’m interested in obtaining some booty gains.. and the more the better. I see all the girls in the gym doing hip trust with barbells across their laps and because I’m a single mom, Im not able to make it to the gym often so I have a small set up at home. I was researching barbells for this sole purpose then came across this gadget. It looked like it could work and it was a hell of a lot cheaper and easier to store than a barbell with plates would be. I already had adjustable dumbbells at home so I hit the little “buy it now” button to expedite my ticket to booty building. As soon as I got it, I was off and running and didn’t need any instruction on how to work it. It’s super simple and very comfortable across your hips, unlike a heavy barbell that would need padding or a yoga mat in between. It came with instructions that showed different ways to use it but since I’m interested in upgrading my barely a B backside into a full C cup, I’ve only used it one way. I do 3 sets of 12 and I feel the burn the next day. This was a great buy and I’m so glad I went this option rather than getting a barbell!

I love this! My gym only has barbells up to 60 lbs and I needed more for hip thrusts. So far this has held 40 lb dumbbells on each side with no problem! My form and ability to target the correct muscles are improved from using this product.

I was looking for a hip thrust belt I could add weights to for my home gym, and this one works perfectly! It fits my bowflex dumbbells without any issues and uses Velcro as well as a fastener clip to secure the weights. The padding on the belt ensures comfort. A solid addition to my home gym and I’d definitely recommend it!

They work for what I bought them for kind of.. I use them for dips and I didn’t want to spend $60 plus on weights.It is okay. It was around $10 so it will do. I have to tighten it a lot for the weights making it kind of uncomfortable.

Using this because I canceled my gym membership to use my apt gym, it’s great for hip thrusts!

Loving the hip thrust belt. It is super easy to use, durable and washable. It's comfortable when I use it, doesn't slip around. It is helping me with my P.T. For weak hips. Very happy I bought this over other models. And based off how it's made if you have sewing skills you probably could easily repair it. But it's constructed well so I don't foresee that being a issue, but I always love to buy things that can be repaired vs having to adding to the landfill waste. Definitely recommend!!!

I was trying to find one of these with a good price and I couldn't believe the prices I was finding!! Then I found this one and thought it must have something wrong with it because the price was so much better... But it turns out that it is just perfect, and the other ones are just way overpriced. I got this belt to use at home for a single exercise—glute bridges. I used it once with no problems. The second time, I heard a loud noise that I at first thought was the velcro coming undone. It turned out to be the stitching ripping (see pic). Apparently the velcro is stronger than the stitching on this weight belt. I'm a small woman, weighing only 120 lbs, so I don't use particularly heavy weights.Because I didn't bother bringing it to the gym (where I normally work out), I've only used it twice and the return window has already closed. This should not have happened, and I'm very frustrated!!!
