I'm in my 70s and have circulation problems. My legs ached and my legs and feet are cold in bed. I have to wear socks.Since taking this supplement 2x per day my legs don't ache nearly as much. My legs and feet don't feel so cold in bed.I don't know that this is a cure for circulation problems but it has definitely helped me. I was skeptical but for the money they are worth a try if you suffer with circulation problems.I don't notice a boost in energy just the circulation help.
