Couldn't return because I was leaving on a trip the next day. Fixed it with a pipe clamp. The redneck fix worked great. They performed flawlessly during my trip. My advice is keep a few pipe clamps handy and these will be good to go.*****UPDATED*****Was contacted by the company and was told they will issue a full refund for the product. They seem to care for the customer and are willing to correct an issue. I could not have gone without these poles. Very light weight, strong and durable. Great price, only giving it four stars because the click-joints become a little loose if you put a lot of weight on them. But again, the trail I was on was very, very hard.
