Greater value than price.
After unboxing Jinhao X 450 i install pelikan standard international ink cartridge and test on Rhodia notebook, it was a average experience. It gives me some feedback and resistance. Then I polished the nib very well and test it again..... surprisingly butter smooth and top notch flow without any feedback. Awesome fountain pen at this price range.

This is an absurdly good pen!
I came across this specific brand in a respected fountain pen review site in their list of best pens under $100. It’s really reasonably priced, so I bought it immediately. It’s heavy, looks good, and writes as smoothly as a hot knife slicing butter. On smooth paper, it’s unstoppable. If this sounds like a gushy review, it’s because I cannot get over what a steal this pen is.
