The chair is really good and comfortable, I purchased this last October and due to some reason my backseat was broken and I complained at da urban website for the same if they can fix this and they reached out within 1 day after my complaint and listen to me and checked my chair parts and immediately found out the problem is in my backseat and they shipped new backseat within the day and i recived it the next day . As my chair had 3 years of warranty they did not even charge any cost from me. This was really the best customer experience I got from Da urban and I am really happy with it.If anyone need a comfortable and stylish chair with a great support from Da urban.This is the one.

It's minor but makes me question long-term durability.Headrest:- The headrest is adjustable, but too loose.- Doesn’t stay in position when relaxing your head, which can be annoying.Overall :- Despite minor issues (stitching, wheel, and headrest looseness), this chair provides solid comfort and adjustability at a budget price.- You need to carefull about the backsupport stitching cause if you rest your back so hard, say goodbye to stitching.- For ₹5,000, I’d say it’s a worthy purchase

Easy to install — took about 15 minutes to configure the product.The material is mostly plastic with a sturdy metal base, which seems good enough for normal use. It’s definitely value for money.However, the seat space is quite small. Your entire thighs won’t fit in comfortably like on a typical armchair, and the backrest sits right behind you without much depth. In short, it feels a bit cramped and could have been more spacious to better support the entire spine and seat area.The headrest also protrudes inward, which is perfect for someone tall as it gives good contour support to the back and neck — it’s at the right height for my husband. But since I am a bit shorter, it hits at an awkward spot on my head, making it uncomfortable for me.Otherwise, it’s an okay product for this price range. Looks-wise, it’s quite good.
