Triple bunk bed
The bolts on the top side rails could not be screwed in, the instructions on how to install the bed rails were not confusing and did not explain how to install the rails, also we had to bend the plastic square pieces in order to have them snap into securing the rails, 8 of the plastic pieces broke, and there were no spares, overall I’m not not confident the bed rails will last in the long run, because I think the plastic pieces will break soon. Also some of the bolts have to be retightened on a daily basis. Overall I’m notSatisfied with this bunk bed.

Tonka tough
3 gremlins haven't destroyed it yet. I would say build quality is near nuclear. will report if fallout happens.

Top bunk is shakey
I recently purchased a bunk bed and unfortunately, my experience with this product has been nothing short of a nightmare. The top bunk of the bed turned out to be extremely wobbly, making it completely unsafe for use. While I must admit that the customer service representatives were very polite and responsive, that doesn't make up for the fact that I received a faulty product in the first place. They promptly offered a solution when I contacted them about the issue, they were requesting a video of the wobbly bed to process a full refund and I not have to ship the product back. However, here's where things took a turn for the worse - apparently, I had to pay for the shipping to send the bed back if I did not reassemble it which was over $200.Assembling a bunk bed once can be a time-consuming task, but having to go through the process thrice just to get a refund is beyond frustrating. It's completely unreasonable to expect customers to waste their valuable time and energy to document a defective product multiple times. The whole point of buying a bunk bed is to save space and create an efficient sleeping solution, not to embark on a never-ending assembly journey. The fact that the company acknowledged the bed's instability and offered a full refund shows that they are aware of the poor quality control. It's disappointing that they didn't take the initiative to cover the return shipping costs themselves, considering the flawed product they sent. It's as if they value their profit margins over customer satisfaction and safety. In conclusion, I strongly advise against purchasing this bunk bed from them. The wobbliness of the top bunk, coupled with the return process that places an unnecessary burden on the customer, is anything but satisfactory. Save yourself from the headache and potential safety risks by investing your hard-earned money in a more reliable and customer-centric brand.

My kids love it.
Took forever to put up. But was well worth it. Very sturdy doesn’t make any type of noises. Directions easy to read. Or look at the pictures. Definitely might consider a thinner mattress. My daughters is about 10” thick. Works great for the second and top bunk. The first row you might wanna go with a 6” just to have more head room. But other than that I definitely recommend.

Fall Hazard - Issue Resolution Updated 1/21/25
I have contacted Monday customer service and will update this review if/when I receive a response. The bolt holes that attach the top rail to the end frame pieces do not contain an embedded nut to receive the bolt that attaches the railing to the frame. As a result, the top rail is loose and could allow a child to fall from the top bunk. This issue effected both ends of the two beds we purchased. I would caution anyone considering these beds to think twice because of this danger.Update 1/21/25 - After a couple of weeks of back and forth with Mondevy I've finally resolved this issue. The short version is that they first said to use the hardware provided, then they were going to ship me replacement parts, then it was not possible to imbedded the bolt to secure the rail, and then eventually they offered me several hundred dollars to go to the hardware store and fix it myself. I've agreed to fix it myself; at some point you have to move on. In the end I appreciate them crediting me part of the purchase price but would have rather had a product that was manufactured correctly to begin with.
