I have been taking this for years. When I have a break my sleep detioriates. Iv tried the other flavours but this is my favourite. It tastes fine very palatable. I think these things tajKe a while to get in your system so I would recommend you use it for at least 3 months. It was originally prescribed for me by a well qualified nutritionist. I’d totally recommend this product ( it’s not a miracle but does have benefits for me anyway)

I have been using this product for a few weeks now and it definitely helps in sending me to sleep. Unable to comment on its effects to calm the nervous system just yet.However please note there is a small capsule buried in with the powder (to keep the product fresh) but its very much a size that can be swallowed and I honestly can’t believe the manufactures think it’s safe to include. Also can’t believe other reviewers haven’t commented on this.Still leaving 4 stars as the product definitely helps in sending me off to sleep

MegaMag Calmeze is a high-strength magnesium formulation containing the amino acids glycine, taurine, l-theanine, and l-glutamine. It also contains vitamin C, vitamins in the B group, calcium, sodium, potassium and trace elements of other substances. The result looks like a fine, pinkish-coloured powder.You spoon it into a liquid and stir, then drink it cold. It’s wonderful stuff. You don’t need more than a spoonful per day, but you can’t O/D on it. It acts as a natural painkiller and has multiple immune-boosting effects.The only downside is that it’s moderately expensive, but worth every penny.

Recommended by a nutritionist to take this to help with anxiety and sleep problems and find it really works for me. It's a good way to get some extra B vitamins too. Easy to take although I find it a little difficult to get to the powder when it gets near the end despite the plastic dosage implement having a longish handle. I just tip it into the new one I buy. I've tried both raspberry and chamomile and like them both equally.

Sadly did nothing for me. Ended up putting half a container in the bin.

useful to drink one scoop when feeling stressed and anxious, can't stop thinking and feeling agitated. really good and help with a beautiful night's sleep. good to use it before and during mood swings before or during period too. no need to take it every day and can be used from time to time when needed.
