How long does this take to work and have effect?

I didn’t find it useful. It’s quite expensive so you have to pay a lot for it to work at all.

I bought MegaMag for my partner. She has 1 scoop a day. It lasts 5-6 weeks. Hope this helps.

What is the red thing inside calmeze?

It's a silica desiccant which is in there to absorb moisture so the powder doesn't dry out and become hard.

Is it gluten and dairy free please?
