Review: Bad initially, great once my body adjusted - Never have I experienced such a profound impact in my mental state and body from a supplement. After about 3 days, I began losing weight, but having fairly profound mood swings and aggression. I kept taking it for a few more days to see if it would subside or get worse, since the weight loss and muscle gain were worth the problems on a short term basis. Luckily, my body got used to it and the aggression translated into confidence and motivation for both work and exercise and the mood swings disappeared. This definitely messes with your hormones, so be careful and don't take more than one until you know what it does to you. I doubt this would have much effect for a man with higher testosterone levels, so don't bother if you aren't looking for that. Note: I am a 33 y/o male with lower testosterone levels, which is why I have been looking for products to assist with this. This is now going to be part of my daily routine.

I purchased this a while back and I got to say that the effectiveness of it was pretty good. The value for your money could be a lot better. Didn't make my stomach hurt but my mood had really improved on this. I probably give this another try if they would lower the price but overall a good product.
