I have had many Bose headphones/ear buds over the years and these are the best ones I’ve ever had.I tried the original quiet comfort ones but I found them to be too large and heavy. They didn’t fit in my ears very well no matter which size silicones I tried. Because they didn’t fit well the base and noise reduction was poor. I returned themI saw the QC 2 and thought I would give them a try. They are smaller and fit better which gives a far better base note and noise reduction. I need noise to sleep and wear them in bed. When I lay on my side they feel fine because of the snug fit. The difference for me is that small silicone strip which helps to provide a very comfortable and snug fit. The controls work well once you know what you are doing.I have got lots of ear buds, six at the last count. Three cheap ones which do work well and are fairly comfortable but fall out easily. I have 2 apple ones, air pods pro and apple air pods. Both the apple ones are ok but are not as comfortable and snug as the Bose ones.The Bose sound quality is very good and adjustable to your taste.Noise reduction is very good but cannot compete with over ear headphones for obvious reasons.They arn’t cheap and the sound quality is better than the cheap ones but not massively.Overall I would recommend these as an option because of the superior sound quality and comfort.

BOSE Quiet Comfort 2 earbuds.Amazing sound quality and noise cancelling. Nice Bose cell-phone app and reasonable configurable comfort using the included customizable silicone ear accessory pack. Bluetooth connection problems.I have had a replacement set of earbuds sent to me which have made connecting to Bluetooth much easier.Having used the earbuds for around 30 hours so far, I am concluding that other cell-phone music playing apps are conflicting with the Bose Music app. I accidentally discovered that if your phone has a app that is configured to automatically play when a playback device is inserted into the phone headphone socket, or to automatically start playing music as soon as as a Bluetooth device becomes active, this scenario can cause the Bose Music app to stop connecting to the Bose earbuds by Bluetooth. My solution is to look at the preferences set within other apps that play music on your android or iOS device. I don't know if iOS users have been experiencing the same problems? Pay particular attention to the Poweramp application and similar apps. Access the settings within the nusic playing app and disable automatic playing of music when another Bluetooth device, (other than the Bose Music app) is activated. Disable auto playing music when a device is inserted into the phone headphone jack. I now believe this is the route cause for a lot of the Bluetooth connection problems that a great many people have been having with these Bose earbuds.Enjoy these great but rather expensive earbuds, hopefully with fewer Bluetooth connection problems!

The noise-canceling feature of these earbuds is the best I have ever experienced, and I have owned a lot of earbuds over the years. The battery life and sound quality are exceptional. However, there is one recurring issue with the accompanying app, which sometimes fails to open or becomes unresponsive. It can be frustrating when you need to use the app but can't access it. Despite this, the earbuds themselves are outstanding, and I love that they effectively block out almost all external sounds.

Super unreliable. Not connecting. Or only one ear connecting. Or not charging when buds in case. Or noise cancelling not working. Regularly spend 30 min trying to get working. Put earbuds back in case. Wait. Try again. Put back in case. Perform reset. Try again. Etc. And the app is even worse! Trys endlessly to run the pairing process even though already paired. Ends up stuck in a loop, telling me to - put in case, take out of case, reset. Feels like it was written by a 3 year old and tested by a 5 year old. Feels like a buggy pre-release prototype. Last time I buy from bose.

Battery at my Sony wf1000xm4 doesn't last and thinking to buy another buds instead of replacing battery. These Bose were on sales and nearly the same price as Sony wf1000xm5 so I go for them for a change.I have Bose headphones (along Sony heady) and I'm very happy with but these buds are a bit disappointed for me.Quality sound is very good, bass balance as well, very easy to set up and very comfortable.I can't give a feedback for battery as I did not use them hours in a row.The only bad thing (and I never had this issue with Sony) is the Bluetooth signal. I used them when I worn hat, phone was in my jeans pocket and loosing the signal very often.I never had this problem with Sony buds (hence my 4 star feedback).Apart from that, they are very good buds, well builded with an excellent sound.

Estou tendo uma experiência incrível com o fone Bose QuietConfort II. Ouço detalhes nas minhas músicas favoritas que não percebia nos fones anteriores. O som é de muita qualidade e tem um excelente grave. O cancelamento de ruído é muito eficiente. A entrega foi muito rápida. Chegou 40 dias antes do prazo estimado : )

I was a bit of a skeptic when it came to wireless headphones, theses headphones absolutely changed my mind.The noise cancellation at first is a bit weird, but after a day or two, it's an amazing feature. It blocks everything, no joke, and I have a very good hearing. I have other headphones, without noise cancellation that I sometimes use, but I immediately notice the difference. The noise cancellation is just making the sound more crisp and audible.The sound is great, and can also be adjusted with the Bose Music app.It worked 100% with my Galaxy phone, no issues, no hassle (make sure you install "Bose Music").The headphones come with 3 ear adjustments, so make sure they are properly fitted. They don't come off easily afterwards.I can also wear the headphones for long periods, no issues.Touch controls work great as well.Some things that I did notice:- The battery life is okay I guess, although I do feel that it could be a bit better (not exactly sure what is the equivalent with other headphones). The case also acts as a charger, event when it's not plugged in.- I wish I could disable the touch controls temporarily because sometimes when I jog (I live in a colder climate), I wear a jogging running coat with a built in hoodie, and when it gets soaked with sweat, the touch controls are triggered.- Sweat slightly alter the headphones ability to stay inside the ears (but that is expected, as they aren't designed for sport).

Já sou um fã da marca e já tive outro fone a tempos atrás deles. Infelizmente na pandemia quebrou e fui para outras marcas. Resolvi retornar e não me decepcionei de novo. Ótimos graves, cancelamento absurdo e para mim, que tem orelha rasa e vivo com problema nesse aspecto, um bom acerto nela. Mesmo fazendo atividade física. Apesar do preço recomendo demais o modelo
