The performance is great. It’s very sturdy. It even holds the weight of someone that weighs more and it’s very good for the circulation and other things. A great product money well spent.

I like the plate, it really works the way I want it to. But the picture of the girl in that pose is MISLEADING. There's no way anyone can fit on that like that unless they are tinkerbell. The plate can barely fit me standing on it, and I'm 5'6"

My husband and son use this one. Its big and very sturdy but not heavy. They like that it has blue tooth. Comes with bands to use when standing. easy to use.

I just Love this machine. It has worked great on my pain in my back, also my cellulite on my legs are almost gone, my stomach fat is also trimming down.
