very durable, great quality and looks great! The only thing it’s missing is the vent at the top so the wind can blow through it.

Oh NO..
DO NOT PURCHASE.. I thought I could take a chance. I purchased 2 and they did not last 1 season. (The best purchase was from bayside21. their fringe has lasted since 2019 but the fabric has broken down ) but, this brand is horrible shedding EVERY WHERE . I decided to remove the fringe, as to not have total loss..

Crank broke in a month
Update: customer service reached out to make it right, which I appreciate. They offered to replace or refund. I accepted a replacement and will update number of stars after I’ve given it a month….. Well, the return window closed yesterday and today the crank doesn’t work to raise it. I raised it yesterday and added the pin to secure. Today while lowering it, I noticed that when I turned the handle the other way to raise it it didn’t work. It has been used very lightly. would love my money back or a replacement as it was expensive.
