Boots my PC up in less than a minute and the quality of the cables haven't failed me yet. It's storage compared to its size as well as its price-tag is quite a testament to how advanced and commonplace SSD's are nowadays. It's speed is definitely a plus and it doesn't heat up that much at all. If you want a cheap SSD, whether it's for storage or running your Operating System, this is a good budget choice.

My specific use case was pretty unique. I had a laptop with a HDD die on me and I got pretty worried so I bought this as a boot drive and it solved that issue lickity split!

For me It lasted a couple of months before it became corrupted, but probably because I had an old laptop so a recommended buy if you want to.

Still functioning 6 months later . I make these things decrypt 1080p video on the fly, weekly . Then it stopped working .
