BUG-A-SALTBug-Beam

This was very much a discretional purpose versus something I really *needed* but, man, is it fun. Installation was a breeze and even before following the calibration instructions (basically creating a target and making adjustments with an allen wrench if needed) it was accurate and allowed for quick and easy targeting of bugs. Bonus points awarded for the availability of both paper instructions but also video instructions online. Great product!

Got this to go on my husbands shed-er and it was super easy to assemble. Works great, hits a fly right on the money. Definitely recommend buying.

The media could not be loaded.  I thought the Bug-A-Salt was fun in general. Held off on the laser for a while because I just thought it’d be a gimmick.Felt the inspiration to modify my bug a salt a little bit now that we have so many cicadas around here… let me tell you… just buy this!The Bug-A-Salt is SO much more accurate with the laser (given you dial in the aim with the included tool) instead of aiming down sight and it also makes it so much more fun and easy to use.Do not hesitate, BUY THIS!

From my experiences with the bug of salt, this is a great weapon to use against house flies and works in great condition. The only reason I did not put 5 stars is because when you try to aim higher your salt will go out of the hole and into the sides so you cannot shoot well. That’s it, but this thing is great and very fun.

Not only that Bug-A-Salt is one of the few items in our Advertisment-Soaked-World that functions as promised: no, they’re funny too. Also the Laser Aim works perfect: ist fits the gun, it‘s really adjustable as shown in the manual - and it gives you a deadly aim. Poor flies … the wrap says - sadly (😉): Batteries inside - Beer not. I love em! I highly can recommend it! 👍

I added this to my Bug a Salt shredder Co2 pistol. LOVE the pistol btw and the fit is perfect like on the shotgun. The laser pointer I got might have been a bad one. It works but it doesn’t put out a pin point dot…. more like a line which is not really a big deal (I mean we are shooting bugs not targets) but while I was sighting it in it ran out of adjustment to lower the beam. I get that this was made more for the shotgun but the pistol has more power which means more distance. I’ll send this one back in hopes that it was just a defect (I am a realist lol it is made of plastic). I will update this review when I get in the next one 👍

I bought 2 of them. 1 works great. Other one failed in a couple weeks. Will buy another one soon!

When the laser arrived I excitedly fitted it to my gun and began calibrating it. I pressed the laser button only to find it wouldn't stay pushed in! I was about to request a return when I found the solution. The laser housing has a screw on portion that allows for batteries to be replaced. It turned out it needed tightening. Once tightened the laser button stays on once pressed.

The media could not be loaded.  Doesn't work properly. I've provided a short video on the flawed product and how useless it is, the power button won't stay pressed down after pushing it. If you take the laser assembly apart and push the button down it stays on then but thats incorrect for how the product is supposed to operate. The inventor of this rip off product clearly is greedy and sells defective garbage to trick people!

This is brilliant, once you have it zeroed in, the laser site makes it a lot easier to take out the target
