Zip issues
Telling this with experience. I have bought this product 1 year and hardly used it for 10 times but all the zips from front, back and the top closure has failed, inside zips are ok but rest all have failed. I called customer care to get it fixed and they mentioned they do not have service center in India, which was to my shock. make a wise decision before you purchase r for rabbit bags.

Excellent quality
I loved the quality of this bag. It is good structured and has multiple utility pockets and zippers, it is really spacious so this can be helpful in long and short trips with the baby. It came in a super neat and safe packaging. If you are reading and comparing multiple products of different brands, you can safely go for this one!!
