This is not a massage bed. Buyer beware. This is a spinal roller with heat. And that is all it is. There is no massage function whatsoever. There is no justification for its price point (equal to a used car). Additionally, the operating manual is so incomplete, it almost doesn’t exist. The language barrier for English is significant. For example, the massage modes versus programs… makes no sense. This is a confusing product with deceptive marketing. At what price point does one of their massage tables actually massage? And they don’t allow returns without a 20% restock fee? Yet, they can sell you a deceptive product? This is not how business works in the US. If you have also purchased one of these tables and realized that it is not a massage table as advertised, please report it to the Better Business Bureau.

The Ceragem V4 Massage bed is amazing. The heat involved with the massage really helps loosen up the muscles to get the knots. It is great maintenance for everyday kinks. I sit at a desk for work and my shoulders end up killing me from being at the computer, this bed is great to use at the end of the day to help reduce tension headache and daily muscle pain. I love how the bed can be made smaller for easier storing at the house. All together it is easy to use and great everyday maintenance for your body to preform optimally.
